We will be responsible for any defective shirts (wrong colors, wrong size, wrong images, wrong shipping address) to the customer (full refund will be provided upon the request and proof).
We will NOT be reponsible for any damages to shirt during the shipment or lost in transit. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We will provide the best customer service during the normal business hours.
NO Refund will be given after the package was already shipped.
All the unused balances can be requested for a refund if needed.
ANY Customers with the prepaid shipping labels will be reponsible for their own tracking numbers and shipment process. We will not be responsible for anything after the package was shipped out.
